American History in a nutshell:
Settlers land and decide being a farmer is amazing. Eventually, they also decide being separate from the British Empire might be cool too. American revolution begins. The Americans can’t finish the fight themselves so they get France to help. Declaration is signed in 1776 and America becomes free of British rule. George Washington becomes first president in 1789. Later on down the road, Napolean is kicking ass in Europe. USA decides they want to help. British block their trade and start selling weapons to the American Indians. Americans get mad and try to invade Canada. We beat them back and burn the whitehouse. There are a few more battles but pretty much Canada wins. The North of USA wants to free the slaves. South isn’t cool with it. American civil war happens. North wins. Abe Lincoln frees the slaves. Abe Lincoln gets shot. World War 1 begins in Europe. USA decides to join 2 thirds of the way in. Germany surrenders. The world economy shoots up. The world economy crashes. World War Two starts. America joins after Japan fucks up Pearl Harbor in ‘41. Allies defeat Germany in May 1945 but Japan still attempts to keep fucking Americas ass in the pacific. America finishes the Atomic bomb, and drops two on Japan before they finally surrender in August 1945. Cold War begins between the western powers and the Eastern Bloc. Mainly between America and Soviet Union. Korean war happens. USA helps South Korea. USSR deploys nukes in Cuba. USA goes ape shit. USA removes their nukes from Turkey so USSR removes theirs from Cuba. End of the world averted. JFK assassinated. Vietnam starts. Americans butt out of Nam because they suck, and leave the Southern portion to be consumed by the NVA (way not cool). Reagan becomes president and alongside the Pope, decide they want to destroy Communism. Gorbachev becomes leader of USSR and decides he also wants to destroy Communism. Berlin wall comes down in 89 (ironically the month I was born). Soviet Union collapses in ‘91. USA starts deploying their forces world wide in the name of peace keeping and humanitarian aid. Sadam Hussein invades Kuwait. Gulf War begins. Americans butt out when Saddam says he’s sorry, and that he will stop invading Kuwait now. 9/11 happens. Shit hits the fan. USA goes into Afghanistan looking for a Saudi called Bin Laden, who ironically never admitted the attacks at all. Two years later America decides that it isn’t cool for Saddam to have any kind of military power. They go into Iraq, find him and hang him for war crimes. They are still there. America has yet to invent their own version of the Loonie.
Hahaha I actually didn’t post that, I think my mom or sister did after I left my tumblr signed in…but it does look pretty sweet.
Negative.
That much, I can easily assure. Why? Well…what is religion to you? First of all, does it have significance in your life? Does it govern you, or those you love? Does it harm you, does it make your life difficult? It shouldn’t do any of these things…but for some of us it does.
Religion is not the root of all evil. People are. I say this for an immensely obvious reason. Since the dawn of mankind, the human being has been reckless. In the time BEFORE religion, man was reckless. Man killed his fellow man for pleasure. For food, for territory. Yet, enter religion - and the modern era (especially the young) condemns these philosophies as the source of man’s inherent need to create conflict. This is absolutely untrue.
While it is undeniable that certain religions and radical groups have caused evil in the world, and bloodshed…not all do. Most do not. It is rash to accuse all of religion as man’s crutch. While Christian and Islamic crusader armies subjugated the Jews and battled for control of the Middle East, Buddhists practiced peace, Shintos practiced wisdom, Taoists sought oneness. Religious violence is not so black and white when you break it down. Just as often as there are those who hate - there are those who love. There are beautiful religions, and disgusting ones - but it is the right of all free men to choose his belief, so long as it does not infringe on the rights of others, or cause physical harm to them. This is my perspective at least, a logical one at that. Does my belief in God, and that he has at least a small hand in the symmetry of the universe make me weak minded, or gullible? Or does it make me imaginative, and hopeful?
Some say that religion is holding back the evolution of man and civilization. This is also untrue. While religion turns some men away from computers, iPods and the pursuit of certain sciences - did it not give the ancients such a passion as to build the great Pyramids, structures that were radically advanced for their time and still stand today, in hopes of becoming closer to their Gods/Goddesses? We may build sky-scrapers across our cities, but these buildings hold not the hearts of men. They house money, and corporations. They are hollow. They are not wonders. The great tower of Babel, built for the worship Marduk in ancient Babylon, or Solomon’s Temple by the masonic grand master Hiram Abiff - were these ancient structures not an inspiration to the architectural advancement of the human race? And what of the advancement of law? Did modern law not flourish through it’s inherent morals left behind by the early laws of old religions? At this point, the ‘violence’ apparent in religion becomes a symptom of the hateful man - a far cry from the most beautiful religions’ true aim - peaceful coexistence.
A man must find light, although some men get swallowed in their inherent darkness. To disregard man’s carnality is unwise - for although some of his desires do not infringe upon others, there are those that would destroy his fellow man. Certain religions have in the past (and even today) tried to halt the advancement of scientific research. But these people follow religion blindly, since they share distaste for their brothers. Yuri Gagarin’s famous quote “The Earth was blue, but there was no God”, as he bore man’s first perception of our planet from space, proves that religion in general does play at least a minor role in the sciences. After all, there have been many researchers throughout history who attempted to prove the existence of God through science.
When we pick and choose who to condemn, we no longer condemn religion, we merely engage in the battle of isms. This is a regretful place to be. To condemn is to misunderstand. To misunderstand is to lack experience. And one must experience before he may hold the right to condemn, unless his condemnation is to advocate against negativity.
The world is beautiful, and do not misjudge it - for this planet does have it’s share of beautiful people on it. But it also has its shadows. True enlightenment comes when one leaves his own shadow and by his own volition, finds his own happiness. The next time you condemn religion as an evil tool of control, first condemn man for his staple upon it.

The average Freemason is a male aged 35-50, most likely both a husband and father. He is probably a professional, is hardworking and lives in a state of constant change. He sees this forward motion in his family, his age, and whatever new technologies he must continually adapt to throughout his career. In masonry, he finds comfort…because Freemasonry offers him that one unchanging cornerstone of friendship, integrity, knowledge and morality that propels his character…and ultimately makes him a better man.

No they are not correct. If you read the rest of my blogs you would know that I dislike Anton LaVey as an occultist. He often ignores source material and interprets things very inwardly. But such is his religion. The book contains interesting ritual material, which Im assuming you have neither read, nor practiced, nor fully understand. Please dont write me if you don’t have positive information to contribute to occult researchers.

Im pretty far from silly. Im what you would call ‘educated’ if you know what that means.
Dear online-informed conspiracy theorists:
Any group claiming to be the infamous Illuminati does not coexist with or within the Freemasons, and never did. It is true that there were a few lines intertwined here and there - but if you’re a regular follower of my blog, you will know that the Freemasons do not represent outside entities.
Who are the Illuminati? It is more politically correct to ask ‘who WERE the Illuminati?’. The word ‘Illuminati’ is Latin for ‘Enlightened One’ or ‘Illuminated One’. If you read Dan Brown you’d believe that the ‘original’ Illuminati were scientists trying to prove the existence of God through equations. It is true that the Catholic Church persecuted these men and made examples of them, but they did not find asylum within Freemasonry. All of this took place during the mid-1600s, long before Freemasonry was an organized fraternity. The Freemasons of the time were few and far between, and the Catholic Monarchs of France and Italy wanted them all off the continent. So you see, Freemasons were on the run as well, and therefore could not have possibly provided adequate asylum for these men.
The most officially recognized source of the Illuminati were the Bavarian Illuminati. 18th century aristocrats that believed in society being governed by a class made up of ‘the best and the brightest’. As suspiciously familiar this description may sound in modern terms - you can safely sleep knowing that aristocratic groups have been influencing politics since ancient Greece, and the Illuminati were no special exception. They were not Freemasons. They were not Knights Templar. They were certainly not wise, else they would have been able to maintain their power. Actually, they were politically and legally banned as an organization very soon after they were founded. They had no secret teachings, no moral code, and no plot to one day rule the world. There is absolutely no documented proof, and unfortunately, proof is what makes the legal system spin. Could they have survived? Could they be plotting world domination through the implementation of a one-world government? Sure. But in such a case, it may also be possible that a man could walk on water (could Christ have been the first member of the X-Men? Haha!), or perhaps our government is in league with Alien beings bent on colonization. You’ll have to forgive me, I just finished watching an episode of X-Files. I do love anything with an ‘X’ in the title. However, none of these Illuminati traits legitimately point to wrong doings within Freemasonry.
The Freemasons are every day men, like you and I. We work jobs, we eat at McDonalds, we bowl on wednesday nights. One thing we don’t do is meet for the purpose of deciding the fate of the world. We have enough problems keeping track of which Brother is supposed to pay for the coffee and donuts after a Lodge meeting. Yes, Stephen Harper, Barack Obama and many other world leaders and influential people are and have been Freemasons. Does this prove that Masonry is a Satanic Cult bent on enslaving the Earth through means of the ‘New World Order’? Or is it just further proof that Masonry only accepts and propels men of great moral character to discover new knowledge, to embrace brotherly love, and to be better friends, husbands, fathers and citizens? Do you know a Mason? Talk to him, and decide for yourself. I have a feeling his kindness will inspire you.
Love from above,
Your brother in blood and spirit.

Hello my friend! Not a silly question at all. It is a bit of a process, and sometimes it can take a few months depending on how busy the lodge is. The best thing to do is visit the website for the grand lodge in the state of California (there SHOULD be a site) and contact them via email, leaving all your contact information. Tell them which lodge and the corresponding lodge number and they will arrange for someone from said lodge to contact you. If it doesnt happen right away dont worry, as I said usually it takes a while. If you want me to help you again later, email me at jake_hamilton89@hotmail.com and I will help you get in touch. Hope this helps.
Hello my friend, thanks for reading. I’m really glad I was able to answer some questions for you. Yes that sounds like something the Lodge would do. Our community and those around us always come first. We live to serve humanity. I will post more things about Masonry soon, is there something you wish to learn about in particular?
Dear Tumblrites,
You read my blogs because you have a passion for the occult. I love that passion, and it means more to me than so many other things. Please, I hope you will all agree with me that the internet is a cesspool of misinformation and false facts. It’s imaginative, it’s argumentative, it’s never-ending. It is not the place to pursue occult study. My dear friends, please - use source material. Original English translations from hieroglyphs and cuniform. Original drafts rather than edited publications. When you’re reading an occult text - have a look at the works cited section. The Glossaries and appendixes. Always search further backward. To pursue the occult is to travel back in time. Youtube distorts. Wikipedia fails to provide ALL the information. Facebook gives you only the perceptions of teenagers that watch too much Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura and live in their parents’ basement. Very rarely can you find good subject matter and accurate information online. Luckily for me, given my knowledge and understanding (and my passion for reading actual source material), I know what to look for on the internet and what keywords to use. I know what is officially sanctioned and what is not. I have one of the most extensive PDF databases you will find on the web. If you want occult knowledge, please get it from me. Contact me and I’ll email you PDFs on anything you want if I have them. I grow tired of people trying to explain Freemasonry to me when I am a Freemason and Lodge Officer. I grow tired of people telling me what ritual I should be using when I’ve performed rituals most of them don’t know exist. I grow tired of being told of the difference between black and white magic when the only true magic is balance. I grow tired of the internet. However, thank the Most High for Tumblr at the very least. Although I hate the online community, at least here I can steer some of you in the right direction.

Your brother in blood and spirit…

My life as a musician and my pursuit of the Ancient Mysteries are two separate journeys. Fortunately the two of them together sort of inspire each other. I have a lot of taste in a lot of different music but what entertains me in an auditory sense doesn’t necessarily govern me spiritually. Growing up in a very old-fashioned right-wing community dominated by Christianity very soon taught me that truth lies not in the pursuit of one religion, but in the pursuit of all spiritual/mystical knowledge in general. This stimulated my interest in both Freemasonry and ministerial studies. My learning never ends and I don’t currently claim to be an expert on any one of my spiritual affiliations. All I want to do is make people happy, and I have found that I can achieve this through music AND spirituality.
I wanted to become an ordained minister not for the purpose of working for the Church specifically, but to simply be able to officiate weddings, funerals and baptisms myself without the consent of any third party. So I got ordained online through an American church, but later discovered that online ordinates can’t officiate marriages in Ontario, but I can do everything else. So now I need to register with and Ontario church in order to marriages as well.
I was recently ordained as a minister in the United States. Although I am currently not officiating marriage ceremonies until I confer with an Ontario body (this is because our province has very strict marriage laws), I can still baptize, Christen, and officiate funerals and life celebrations here legally. I am also buried in the study of various ritual ceremonies including the rite of exorcism. Obviously I am not skilled in every religious practice, but depending on what you require of me, I can usually help you. Being said, don’t hesitate to contact me if you live in the Southern/Central Ontario area and require any of the above services. I’d hate for you to have to go to someone less knowledgeable or that you may not know personally. The best way to contact me is via email at jake_hamilton89@hotmail.com
In blood and spirit,
Jake Hamilton
